A girl born and brought up in Bhavnagar is standing on a stage that she truly deserves!

Self-motivated, a thorough professional, truly an enthusiast who has the zest for exploring something new, stretching her boundaries, and setting a new benchmark for herself. She is determined and persistent in her approach towards anything and everything she does.

Father, Hareshbhai, being a businessman and mother, Jyotiben, inclined towards art forms, Nancy got a fine bland of entrepreneurial yet creative mindset!

Her mother taught her the lessons of Public Speaking at a very early age and ensured that she takes part in all the co-curricular activities during her academics, which led her to achieve many certificates and awards, get recognition and build self-confidence.

She did her schooling at St. Xavier’s High School and chose the commerce stream. Won a gold medal for her B.Com degree from Mangaldas Jesingbhai College of Commerce and completed her MBA with flying colors from Department of Business Administration, MK Bhavnagar University, Bhavnagar.

She started her career as a faculty in management, gradually moved into soft skills training, and later got into Learning and leadership development as a corporate trainer.

She worked at different organizations for more than 6 years and trained students and working professionals for a different set of skills. In December 2018, she left her last job as a trainer in L&D at Motif India Infotech and started working on her own. Since January 2019, she works as a freelancer. She is a trainer, Public speaker and also hosts shows as an anchor.

As a trainer, she is associated with many corporates and educational institutions for their internal training programs. She has trained more than 5000 people by now.

As a Public Speaker, she delivers talk sessions at different platforms to inspire and educate people. She has achieved many awards as the best speaker from renowned organizations.

She also works as an Emcee-Anchor for different corporate-social events. She has hosted a variety of shows, some having more than 5000 people in the audience.

In a word, she is an explorer by heart who excels in her work.
